Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival Day in Arusha

Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, our Afrikakukaye Safari guide will greet you and transfer you to your hotel in Arusha. A briefing will be provided regarding tomorrow’s activities, including timing and expectations.

• Meals: Full board (Bed and Breakfast)

Day 2: Tarangire National Park

Depart from Arusha at 7:30 a.m. with packed lunch and mineral water. Upon reaching the national park gate, undergo quick formal registrations. Enjoy a game drive until 5:00 p.m. and then drive to your accommodation for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 3: Tarangire National Park – Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, depart for Serengeti National Park with an en-route game drive. Journey towards the Serengeti area, encountering migratory wildebeest, leopards, prides of lions, packs of spotted hyenas, cheetahs, buffaloes, and various plain animals. Continue to the lodge for dinner and a comfortable night.

Day 4: Northern Serengeti National Park

Engage in full-day game drives starting at dawn towards the northern parts of Serengeti National Park. Witness the wildebeest migration crossing the Mara River. Dinner and overnight at your lodge.

Day 5: Northern Serengeti National Park

Experience another full day of game drives starting at dawn in the northern part of Serengeti National Park. Witness the spectacular Great Migration—an annual event involving 1.5 million wildebeest, zebras, and gazelles. Return to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 6: Serengeti National Park – Ngorongoro Crater

Wake up for breakfast and start a game drive in Serengeti en route to the Ngorongoro Crater Rim. Enjoy a packed picnic lunch. Upon arrival, transfer to your accommodation for dinner and overnight.

• Accommodation: Rhino Lodge

Day 7: Ngorongoro Crater – Arusha

Wake up early for breakfast and depart for the Ngorongoro Crater tour. Descend into the crater and explore its diverse landscapes, stopping at the viewpoint for a panoramic view. After a picnic lunch, continue with a game drive until late afternoon. Ascend from the crater and drive to Arusha or to the International Airport for your outbound journey back home.
